Terms & conditions

What we provide

We plan, create, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Spotify, Instagram and Facebook, directing real listeners to your music. We produce the advertising materials needed for your campaign, which may include audio ads, UGC-style video, video clips and static images.

Results and stream goals

Stream goals set the advertising budget, campaign length and targeting we build toward. They are estimates and targets, not guarantees. Results depend on your music, chosen markets, audience response and platform conditions. We never use bots or artificial playback. Delivering fewer streams than the selected goal does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund, without limiting any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for us to promote the music you submit, and that the song, EP or album is live and available on Spotify in the markets you select. You must provide accurate campaign and contact information and must not use services or tactics that breach Spotify's, Meta's or another relevant platform's terms.

Permission to create and run your ads

You grant Cammo Ads a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence for the duration of the campaign and any necessary reporting period to use excerpts of the submitted music, artwork already associated with the release, artist name, approved public artist imagery and other publicly available release information solely to create, adapt, display and run the campaign and report its results. This permission does not transfer ownership of your music, name, likeness or other intellectual property to us.

Payment

Campaigns are paid in full at checkout before launch. Prices shown in the campaign builder include our management fee and the advertising budget. Any applicable tax will be included in the displayed price where required by law or shown clearly as a separate line before payment.

Cancellations and changes

You can cancel or change a campaign free of charge before it goes live. Once ads are delivering, spend already placed with the ad platforms cannot be refunded.

Our right to decline or cancel

We may decline, pause or cancel a campaign if the music, release, artist profile or proposed advertising cannot reasonably be run under Spotify's, Meta's or another relevant platform's advertising policies, applicable law or our own safety standards. If we cancel before advertising spend has been committed for reasons not caused by your breach of these terms, we will refund the amount not already committed or spent.

Third-party platform actions and prior promotional activity

Campaigns are delivered through third-party platforms, including Spotify and Meta, and may interact with music distribution services you have used independently of Cammo Ads. Decisions made by these platforms' automated systems, including streaming-fraud detection, account flags or takedowns, are made independently and are outside our control. Where an action affects a campaign we have run, we will make reasonable, good-faith efforts to assist with the platform concerned and, where relevant, provide evidence of legitimate campaign delivery. We cannot guarantee the outcome because the platform makes the final decision. If an action results from promotional services or tactics used independently of Cammo Ads before, during or after our campaign, including activity that violates a platform's terms, responsibility rests with you and the relevant third party, and our assistance does not extend to disputes arising from that independent activity.

Liability and consumer rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cammo Ads is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, platform outages, ad rejections, account restrictions, flags or takedowns caused by third parties, and our total liability relating to a campaign is limited to the amount you paid for that campaign. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including platform outages, API failures, policy changes, payment network disruption, government action, natural disasters or widespread internet interruption. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and resume delivery when possible.

Age and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract, or place the order through a parent, legal guardian or authorised representative who accepts these terms on your behalf. If you order for an artist, label, agency or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind them.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information, including information used for checkout, campaign delivery, reporting and site analytics. It forms part of these terms and is available through the Privacy Policy link on this website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services, platform rules or applicable law. The version shown at checkout applies to that order. Material changes affecting an active campaign will be communicated to the email address supplied with the order where reasonably possible.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern promptly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent courts of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in another court or under another applicable process.

These terms are provided by Cammo Ads, operated by Cammo Network AB. Questions: ads@cammoads.com
