Campaign reminders
If you're in the US or Canada and save a campaign or start checkout, we may send you up to two reminders. If a payment doesn't go through, we let you know. We keep these details for up to 90 days, and every reminder has an unsubscribe link. Canadian marketing reminders require a documented consent or qualifying inquiry basis.

Information we collect
The Spotify track link you submit, your targeting and stream goal selections, your email address and billing details at checkout, basic usage data (pages viewed, campaign steps completed), and - where you consent to non-essential cookies - advertising identifiers and browsing behavior collected via the Spotify Pixel and Meta Pixel/Conversions API, which may include a hashed version of your email or phone number.
Why we process it and our legal basis
To build, launch, manage, and report on your campaign (necessary to perform our contract with you); to send payment links and campaign updates (contractual necessity); to improve the platform and measure ad performance (our legitimate interest, balanced against your rights); and, where you've given consent, for advertising and analytics cookies.
Third parties and international transfers
We share data with Spotify, Meta, and our payment provider as needed to deliver your campaign and process payment. Spotify and Meta are based in the United States; where your data is transferred there, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses as a safeguard. We do not sell your personal data for money. If you are a California resident, our use of advertising pixels may constitute sharing under California law.
Data retention
We review completed and inactive campaign and report data for deletion after 24 months. Financial and billing records are retained for 7 years, as required under Swedish accounting law (Bokföringslagen). You can request earlier deletion of other data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data; to restrict or object to processing; to receive your data in a portable format; and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority or Sweden's Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY). We respond to requests within 30 days.

Essential storage is required to run the site. In the EEA, UK, Switzerland and unresolved locations, optional advertising technologies stay off until you accept; elsewhere ordinary tracking can run by regional default, subject to your opt-out. Only explicit advertising acceptance permits sharing hashed email, phone, first and last name, billing city, state, postal code and country, and a customer identifier with Meta and Google for checkout and Purchase matching, advertising measurement and ad optimization. As you leave checkout fields, we prepare a temporary matching snapshot for future permitted events; leaving a field does not itself send an advertising event. Permitted events may also carry browser identifiers, IP address and user agent. Hashing is not anonymization. We retain the time, notice version and region of your checkout choice and later changes. Withdraw using Cookie settings or contact ads@cammoads.com, without affecting payment or your campaign.
Email list and targeting preview
When you join our email list, we collect your email address and, if you choose to give them, your first name, artist name, Spotify artist link and country. We use these to send the emails you signed up for, including your personalized targeting preview, members-only offers and a monthly email. If you tick the box to see relevant offers on social media, we may share your email address in hashed form with Meta and Google to show you relevant ads. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days; confirmed subscribers' details are kept until they unsubscribe. Subscriber emails are sent through our email service provider, Resend.
Children
Our services are not directed at individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version's effective date is shown above.
