Question 1

Are these real streams from real people?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We buy advertising on Spotify, Instagram and Facebook, and real listeners choose to press play. We never use bots, stream farms or automated playback of any kind.

Question 2

What do the ads actually look like?

Accepted Answer

Spotify campaigns run mainly as voice ads: a short spot that plugs your release - "listen to X's new song on Spotify" - and then the preview plays. Meta campaigns use stunning static images, videos and audio ads built around your release. Either way, the listener lands on your Spotify page.

Question 3

Can you guarantee a specific number of streams?

Accepted Answer

No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Your stream goal sets the campaign budget and targeting we build toward. Results depend on your music and the markets you choose - we report exactly what the campaign delivered.

Question 4

How fast does my campaign start?

Accepted Answer

Building the ads, getting everything approved and launching takes up to 24-48 hours after checkout. You get a confirmation email when the ads start delivering.

Question 5

What do you need from me?

Accepted Answer

Just a link to your track or album on Spotify. That's genuinely all we need to get started.

Question 6

Which should I choose: Spotify Ads or Meta Ads?

Accepted Answer

Spotify Ads run mainly as voice ads to listeners Spotify already knows will like your sound, so targeting is sharp and conversion is strong - great for catalogue growth and long-term support. Meta Ads pair stunning images, videos and audio with a much larger audience. The targeting isn't quite as sharp, but they're great for discovery and for getting your name recognised, including reaching people with Spotify Premium who are interested in your music.

Question 7

Will this help my Spotify algorithm?

Accepted Answer

Good campaigns bring in new saves, followers and repeat listens - exactly the signals Spotify's editorial and algorithmic systems respond to. Spotify is excellent at finding relevant audiences internally, so a well-run campaign has strong chances of saves, followers and algorithmic support in the long run as your music grows in popularity. We can't control the algorithm, and nobody can.

Question 8

What reporting do I get?

Accepted Answer

Every order includes a dedicated reporting page built for your specific campaign. After the campaign has finished, we update it with impressions, reach, link clicks, click-through rate, streams, listeners and average streams per new listener, plus guidance for your next release.

Question 9

Do you show what the advertising cost you?

Accepted Answer

No - our own advertising costs are not disclosed. What we share is what matters for your music: impressions, reach, link clicks, CTR, streams, listeners and average streams per new listener.

Question 10

Can I run a campaign for an unreleased song?

Accepted Answer

Not yet - your track needs to be live on Spotify first, so listeners actually have somewhere to land when the ad brings them in. Once it's up, you're ready to launch.

Question 11

Do your prices include tax/VAT?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for customers in the EU. We're a Swedish company, so prices you see already include 25% Swedish VAT, broken out as its own line at checkout - the price you see is the price you pay, with nothing added at the payment step. Outside the EU no Swedish VAT is charged. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are handled as reverse charge, so the VAT is removed from the total.

Question 12

Is my payment information secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Checkout runs through a secure, PCI-compliant payment provider with full encryption - we never see or store your card details.

Question 13

Do you offer invoicing for labels or agencies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tick "Buying as a business" at checkout to enter your legal business name, VAT number and billing address. Every order gets a PDF receipt or business invoice emailed with your report link, and you can download it again from your report page any time - ideal for labels, managers, and agencies purchasing on behalf of an artist.

Question 14

Can I change my targeting or goal after purchase?

Accepted Answer

Once a campaign launches, its targeting and streaming goal are locked in - changing them mid-flight resets the ad platform's learning phase and can hurt performance rather than help it. Double-check your song, targeting, and goal before launching. If you've made a genuine mistake (like submitting the wrong track), contact us right away - we may be able to help before the campaign gets underway.

Question 15

What happens if my streams get flagged as artificial?

Accepted Answer

Our campaigns run through Spotify's own official ad platform, built to align with Spotify's terms from the start. In the rare event a legitimate campaign is ever flagged, we'll work directly with Spotify to dispute it and push to get it corrected.

Question 16

Should I combine this with other promotion services, like playlisting?

Accepted Answer

Be careful mixing services. Tactics like bot-driven playlists, click farms, or engagement pods violate Spotify's terms - and an artificial streaming flag can wipe out legitimate streams too, including the ones we generate for you through real, compliant advertising. We'd recommend steering clear of anything outside Spotify's rules while running a campaign with us.
